One of the biggest concerns of this second supplementary budget is card cashback and consumption coupons.
Cashback can be refunded up to 300,000 won, and consumption coupons are gradually expanded according to the vaccination rate.

From the second half of the year, the government will implement a credit card cashback policy that returns 10% of the increase in card usage.
The average monthly card usage between April and June of this year is the standard.
Here, 10% of the usage amount increased by 3% or more is refunded on a monthly basis.
For example, if a person with an average monthly credit card usage of 1 million between April and June spends 1.53 million won in August, 3% of the increase is subtracted and 10% of the 500,000 won, or 50,000 won, is returned.
The maximum amount of cashback you can receive is 100,000 won per month, up to a maximum of 300,000 won per person.
However, the amount used in department stores, large marts, online shopping malls, and entertainment establishments and vehicle purchase costs are not refundable.
All credit and debit cards used by an individual are eligible for cashback. In order to combine the usage information of multiple cards, one dedicated card company must be designated.
The credit card cashback will continue until the budget of KRW 1.1 trillion is exhausted, and the high-income class with greater spending power is expected to receive many benefits.

Consumption coupons are also reissued according to the vaccination rate, and coupons for discount coupons for admission to professional sports such as soccer and baseball, movie viewing, and railroad and bus fares have been added.
At the same time, the government plans to print an additional 5.3 trillion won for both local love gift certificates and Onnuri gift certificates.
