The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport will hold a ‘Public Hearing on the Real Estate Price Realization Scheme Announced’ today (22nd).
In the first public hearing, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport announced a policy to keep the official price realization rate next year the same as this year, but this is the second public hearing.
The purpose is to complement the policy of freezing the realization rate as there have been cases where the official price reversed the actual transaction price in some areas as the recent fall in house prices continued.
It appears that the plan to lower the realistic rate at all will be revealed.
The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport intends to publish a plan to review the realization rate within this month at the latest after revealing the direction of the policy at a public hearing today.
