In China, a bus traveling to a COVID-19 quarantine facility overturned, killing 27 people.

Although the Chinese authorities have reprimanded those in charge, public opinion is boiling over the disaster caused by the excessive zero-corona policy.

Residents of an apartment building in Guiyang, Guizhou Province, China, board a large bus at night.

People classified as quarantined for COVID-19 will be taken to a remote facility 200 km away.

The bus, which left after midnight, fell into a ditch beside the highway at around 2:40 am

27 people were killed and 20 people were seriously injured in the accident.

Since the start of COVID-19, the cumulative death toll in Guizhou is only two.

The Chinese authorities reprimanded the local officials and bowed their heads in apology.

But the excited public opinion is not going to subside easily.

This is because the accident occurred when the passenger bus was forced to transfer to the quarantine facility even though the operation of the highway between 2 am and 5 am violates traffic laws.

On the Internet, a hashtag ‘Don’t forget the rule of the land’ has appeared in the face of censorship by the Chinese authorities.

The fact that this accident happened on September 18, the same as the ‘Manchurian Incident’ in 1931, is a form of slang.

They also express dissatisfaction with the excessive ‘Zero Corona’ policy by asking, ‘What is the real virus?
