The Chinese government, which has been following the so-called ‘zero corona’ policy, has run into a dilemma.
With the number of new infections per day again exceeding 10,000 in around six months, the current quarantine policy is being maintained, but the mood is to refrain from full-scale intensive containment.

China’s ‘zero corona’ policy, which strongly prevents the spread of Corona 19, has been relatively effective, but it is not enough to stop the spread itself.
In China, the number of new infections per day exceeded 10,000 for the first time in six months, and quarantine measures were again strengthened in various places.
Letan Park in the center of the city, a favorite place for Beijing citizens, has already been banned from entering.
In Beijing, there was a crisis as more than 110 infections a day came out again in about a year.
It has been a long time since corona protection and control measures have already become a daily routine.

The spread of the corona virus has become as serious as the time of the siege in Shanghai, and China’s troubles in the dilemma are deepening.
China’s top leadership, the Politburo Standing Committee of the Communist Party (last 10th) held a meeting chaired by General Secretary Xi Jinping and decided to maintain the ‘zero corona’ stance.
However, we decided to refrain from high intensity quarantine, which has a huge economic and social impact, and limit the scope to ‘precision quarantine’.
Quarantine is being strengthened in various parts of China, but it is developing in a different way than the total blockade of Shanghai in March.
