Putin said the Russian navy is ready to respond at lightning speed to anyone who seeks to infringe on Russia’s sovereignty and freedom.
He also said that the hypersonic missile “Cirkon” will be delivered to the Russian Navy within a few months.

It is known that the Circon cruise missile flies at a speed of up to Mach 8, or about 9,800 kilometers per hour, making it virtually impossible to intercept with existing missile defense systems.
Russia succeeded in the first test launch of the Circon in 2020, and in May even completed a test launch that hit a target at a distance of about 1,000 kilometers with the Circon.
Putin said the location of the Circon deployment depends on Russia’s interests.
Meanwhile, the Russian military fired 12 missiles at Mykolayu in southern Ukraine, killing the couple, the founder and owner of Nibulon, one of Ukraine’s largest agricultural companies.
Mayor Oleksandr Senkevich Mikolayu said, “I think this bombing was the worst since the war began.”
Meanwhile, the Turkish President’s Office said that Ukraine’s grain exports through the Black Sea could begin today (1st).
Ibrahim Kalin Turkiye, spokesman for the President’s Office, said, “If the coordination of details is completed by today (1st), it is highly likely that the first ship will depart today (1st) and “we will see departure in two days at the latest.”
