Search and rescue operations continue on the sixth day after the collapse of the 12-story apartment building in Florida, USA, but there is no news of rescue of survivors or confirmation of additional deaths.
Miami-Dade County Mayor Daniela Levin Kaba said at a news conference on the morning of the 29th local time that no new deaths have been confirmed since the briefing the day before.
So far, 11 people have been confirmed dead and 150 are still missing.
County Mayor Kava said he had taken action to notify the families of the deceased.
He said support personnel are coming from all over the world to help, and rescue teams are making progress, working 12-hour shifts in bad weather.
County Mayor Kava added that 210 rescuers are currently searching through the wreckage of the collapse.
Fire Chief Alan Kominsky said more than 400 people were involved in the search.
