If it is tied to a land transaction permission zone, it is necessary to obtain permission from the head of a Si/Gun/Gu when trading houses, shopping malls, or land that exceed the standard. In particular, in the case of residential land, it must be used only for actual residence for two years, and the sale or lease is prohibited for two years.

Despite this, Woosung Apartments traded at a new record price just before the union was established. The 96 m² dedicated to Woosung Apartment was traded for 2.14 billion won (10th floor) on the 4th of last month. This is an increase of 1 billion won compared to the end of last year.

Recently, major reconstruction apartment projects in Songpa-gu are accelerating.
