[사회]Jeong Jin-, who reconsidered the legality of the arrest, sang… Seriously aiming to ‘break Lee Jae-myeong’s trust’

Jeong Jin-sang, head of the Political Coordination Office, who was arrested on suspicion of receiving money back by colluding with the Daejang-dong gang, asked for a review by the court to reconsider the legality of the arrest.

Although there is a variable called redemption, the prosecution is formalizing the investigation into the relationship with Lee Jae-myeong, representative of the Democratic Party, and is first looking to see if it is possible to apply the charge of breach of trust to this representative.

Jeong Jin-sang, head of the Political Coordination Office, who was arrested on charges of receiving billions in bribes, appeared in court asking for a re-examination of the legality of the arrest.

Following the previous warrant review, a tight battle between the prosecution and Chief Chung continued for a long time in this arrest warrant hearing.

Based on the previous arrest warrant, the prosecution reiterated that there were concerns that Chung might run away or destroy evidence.

The warrant is known to contain information that Chief Jung did not enter the house long after the investigation began or refused to appear several times in the past.

Prosecutors also alleged that there were circumstances in which Chief Chung not only ordered Yoo Dong-kyu, the former head of the Seongnam Urban Development Corporation, to throw away his mobile phone, but also pressured him to stop him from making related statements.

When the Daejang-dong investigation began, he told former boss Yoo that he would ‘proceed the case as personal corruption’, and in the case of Kim Yong, the vice president of the Democratic Research Institute, he even told him to eat junk and stay in hospital.

On the other hand, Chief Jung’s side refuted that the prosecution’s claims are only part of the transcript and statements of Jeon Yoo and attorney Nam-wook, and not only that the content is false, but that the messages are not is still worth evidence.

As the variable known as arrestability was created, the prosecution was only able to investigate once Chief Jung was arrested.

This is because the record of the investigation has been transferred to the court again, but the prosecution, which tried to call Chief Jeong from the detention center every day to investigate, instead summons and investigates officers Daejang-dong, like the accountant Jeong Yeong-hak , every day.

Prosecutors are checking conflicting statements against Daejang-dong’s gang and comparing them to the transcripts, while also looking into the relationship with Democratic Party leader Lee Jae-myung.

In particular, regarding the Daejang-dong project, CEO Lee is said to have known and approved the profit distribution method before the competition, and looked to see if he could be seen as an accomplice with the Daejang-dong gang.

In fact, the prosecution sees the Daejang-dong suspicion as collusion between private businessmen and local self-government, and has practically formalized the investigation into Lee, saying that Lee’s relevance to Chief Chung’s authority needs to be investigated and others. .

While Chief Jeong was fighting for arrest, Daejang-dong and his gang were tried without custody for the last time, Kim Man-bae, the main shareholder of Hwacheon Daeyu.

Kim is also interested in whether he will continue to reveal the so-called “top line” inside and outside the court, following Yu’s former boss and Nam’s lawyer.
