The Ministry of Strategy and Finance evaluated the overall rating as excellent (S) 1, excellent (A) 23, good (B) 48, average (C) 40 out of a total of 130 public and quasi-governmental institutions in the management performance evaluation of public institutions in 2021. It was announced on the 20th. The lowest rating, ‘very poor’, was evaluated in three places including KORAIL, and 15 evaluation institutions, including Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH), were rated as ‘poor’.
The number of ‘very poor’ institutions increased by one compared to last year, and the number of ‘poor’ institutions decreased by two.
The Ministry of Strategy and Finance explained, “Overall, the distribution of grades, such as the number and ratio of S, A, B good grades or higher and inferior grades (D·E), was similar to the previous year.”
In the evaluation results of standing auditors and auditors of 63 institutions, 6 excellent (A), 34 good (B), 20 average (C), and 3 poor (D) were evaluated.
