The name ‘Rose Derby’, derived from the Wars of the Roses, was alive and well.

Leeds first gained strength in the Rose Derby between Manchester United and Leeds, who were rivals as much as Manchester United and the North West Derby in Liverpool.

Even before the first minute had passed, Nyonto broke the corner of United’s goal with a thunderous right-footed strike.

In the 3rd minute of the second half, Somerville’s cut hit the foot of Liverpool defender Baran and led to the goal once again.

In the 17th minute of the second half, Rashford, who received a cross from Dalot, compensated for a goal with a header.

And in the 25th minute of the second half, Sancho, who came on as a substitute, scored the equalizer with his right foot.

“He’s back. Jadon Sancho equalizes and United make it 2-2. Amazing game.”

Manchester United, who added a point, managed to chase second-placed Manchester City by two points.

Tottenham’s first-choice goalkeeper Lloris has been sidelined with injury.

The British Telegraph said that “Lloris injured knee ligaments in the last game against Man City and will be out for as long as eight weeks.”

It seems that Fraser Foster will defend the goal of Tottenham, who have to play not only the league but also the Champions League from next week.
