Spectators collapsed during a bullfight in Colombia.
According to foreign media such as Reuters and Mirror on the 26th local time, the spectators at the bullfighting stadium collapsed in Espinal, Tolima, Colombia on that day.
Tolima Governor Jose Ricardo Orosco told local radio that “four people, including two women, a man and a child, were killed in the accident.”
About 70 people are said to have been injured.
Colombian President-elect Gustavo Petro posted a video of the accident on social media.
According to the released video, the Colombian traditional bullfighting, Corraleja, is being played at the stadium at the time of the accident.
Then, suddenly, part of the spectator’s seat leaned forward and collapsed. The bull was still in the arena, and in an instant, the stadium became a bullshit.
“I hope that everyone affected by the collapse is safe,” Petro said.
“The injured people were taken to a nearby hospital by ambulance,” said a rescue authority official.
