Need for Speed returns with anime style graphics. Need for Speed Unbound is the #4 best selling game worldwide on Steam before its release.
Need for Speed Unbound is set in Lakeshore City, a fictional city inspired by Chicago. In the city, the best race is held called The Grand. To participate in this race, players can participate in the weekly qualifiers held every Saturday with various racing for four weeks to aim for further grand development. It is produced by Criterion Games, responsible for Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit and Need for Speed: Most Wanted in the series.
This work shows realistic graphics for buildings and vehicles, but is characterized by cartoon rendering of characters, muffler flames, and driving effects such as tire smoke. Vehicle customization is more detailed than in Need for Speed: Heat is possible, allowing you to add or remove body panels. In addition, vehicle handling, such as traction and drift control options, can be set to suit the user.

The PC version supports upscaling technologies such as DLSS and FSR, as well as widescreen and HDR. The release date is December 3rd.
Other than that, the Steam Fall Sale has ended, but while the current top tier remains strong, Callisto Protocol entered the top 10 best sellers worldwide in 7th place.
In the top 20 highest daily concurrent users, The Forest rose to 18th with 59,090, and War Thunder ranked 20th with 53,685. Warhammer 4K: Dark Tide, which was ranked 19th the previous day, fell out of the rankings as the number of users dropped.
