As planned, it was supposed to be held last month, but it was temporarily postponed due to the Itaewon disaster, and it was decided to hold it tonight.
Since a million people gather at each festival, security measures have been prepared in more detail.
There have been no injuries on the site so far, but this is to prepare for any unexpected situations.
The roads leading to the beach are managed step by step according to the crowd situation, and the number of CCTV on site has also increased from 16 to 64.
A police-developed congestion safety management vehicle will also be put into operation for the first time.
