President Moon is presiding over a special quarantine inspection meeting for COVID-19 at the Blue House at 2 pm today with Prime Minister Kim Bu-gyeom, Minister of Economy Hong Nam-ki, Deputy Prime Minister Yoo Eun-hye, Deputy Prime Minister Yoo Eun-hye, etc.
At this meeting, we plan to evaluate the ‘step-by-step recovery of daily life’ over the past four weeks, review the treatment system, additional vaccinations and quarantine status, and discuss countermeasures.
After the meeting, a joint briefing with related ministries is scheduled, so it is noteworthy whether measures to strengthen quarantine will be announced.
This is the fourth time since the outbreak of COVID-19, and the first in four months since July 12, that President Moon directly presides over a special quarantine inspection meeting.
