Esther gave a solid financial treatment for her employees.
On KBS 2TV’s ‘The Boss’s Ears Are Donkey Ears’ (hereinafter ‘Donkey Ears’) broadcast on the 19th, Esther Yeo held an in-house seminar in June. The seminar started with nutritional supplements and protein supplement intake.
Jang Yoon-jung, who watched Esther and other employees eating nutritional supplements, said, “Isn’t it too bizarre?” and made everyone laugh.
Esther Yeo continued, “This year, our goal is 200 billion won. It is possible and certain,” and started the seminar in earnest.
First, each team’s work report was made. The home shopping team achieved 117% of the target over the period from January to May. The overseas team said, “The Chinese market performed better, but sales in May increased by 160% compared to April. We expect quarterly sales to be around 250% at this level.”
In particular, the general affairs team said how about signing a contract with a burger restaurant run by Kim Byung-hyun. At the studio, Esther Yeo said, “I just got a call that I signed a contract.”
Esther asked if there was any menu or restaurant she wanted more than burgers. One employee cautiously said, “It’s summer, so it would be nice to have ice cream or something like that,” but Yeo Esther nags that the saturated fat contained in ice cream raises the risk of colon cancer.
After the work report was over, a special event prepared by Esther Yeo was held. What Esther Yeo took out on the table was a thick brown envelope with a bundle of 1 million won in it.
Esther Yeo said, “I will provide financial treatment for sure,” and said that it was 1 million won per bundle. All the staff’s eyes widened at this, and they all focused on Yeo Esther.
Esther Yeo said in an interview with the production team, “Last May was our company’s highest sales ever, so we prepared a special event with the accounting team.” At this, Jang Yoon-jung exclaimed, “It tastes like work.”
Esther Yeo was the first to pay a bonus to the new distribution team. Esther Yeo said, “I haven’t been able to achieve my goal even once in the past year.” He said, “I only have 1 million won for financial treatment to you this month.”
On the other hand, they gave 5 million won each to the accounting team, nutrition counseling team, product development team, home shopping team, and overseas team. Incentives are given to each team, and each team leader voluntarily shared with the team members. Esther Yeo explained, “If you see what the team leader shares, you can see leadership again there.”
Finally, Esther gave 10 million won to the marketing team.
