The People’s Power Central Ethics Committee (Ethics Committee) held a meeting to deliberate on the disciplinary action against Lee Jun-seok, the People’s Power CEO, who was accused of sexual abuse and destruction of evidence. The Ethics Committee held an additional meeting on the 7th of next month and decided to announce the decision after deliberation and resolution on whether or not to take disciplinary action after hearing CEO Lee’s call.

At least 1,000 dead in Afghanistan earthquake… It seems to keep increasing

Disaster analysts say the death toll from the earthquake in Afghanistan is believed to have risen to more than 1,000. According to Reuters on the 22nd, the earthquake that struck Afghanistan that day turned the house to rubble and the body was placed on the floor.

Seoul High Prosecutor’s Office Prosecutor Shin Bong-soo (Judicial Training Institute 29th class) was appointed as the new head of the Anti-Corruption and Violence Department of the Supreme Prosecutors’ Office. Prosecutor Shin Sung-sik (27th) of the Gwangju High Prosecutors’ Office, who served as the head of the anti-corruption department in the Moon Jae-in government, was virtually demoted to a research fellow at the Justice Research and Training Institute.

The Ministry of Science and ICT and the Korea Aerospace Research Institute (KAERI) successfully separated the performance verification satellite from the target orbit of the Nuri, which was launched at 4 pm on the 21st, followed by two-way communication with the Daejeon anti-accidental ground station around 3:02 am on the 22nd. communication was successful.
