[경제]Gasoline prices rise for the first time in five weeks… Next week’s fuel tax cut

This week, domestic gasoline prices stopped falling and rose slightly for the first time in five weeks.

According to the Korea National Oil Corporation, the average selling price of gasoline at gas stations nationwide this week was 1,968.2 won per liter, up 0.4 won from last week.

This is analyzed to have been influenced by the recent rise in international oil prices and foreign exchange rates.

Gasoline prices are expected to come down further from next week as measures to expand fuel tax cuts are implemented.
