Hyundai Motor Group and Korea Archery Association held a non-face-to-face reception for the national archery team.
At this meeting, Hyundai Motor Chairman Chung Eui-sun said that he would do his best to support the glorious history of Korean archery.
Ansan, who won three medals, expressed his impressions that on the morning of the individual event, Chairman Chung Eui-sun said “good luck”, so he felt lucky.
The Hyundai Motor Group and the Archery Association will pay 700 million won to Ansan, who won three medals, and 400 million won to Kim Je-deok, who won two.
Gold medalists Oh Jin-hyuk, Kim Woo-jin, Kang Chae-young, and Jang Min-hee will each receive 200 million won.
In addition to the reward, players can choose a vehicle from among Hyundai Ioniq 5, Kia EV6, and Genesis GV70.
Leaders, staff, and executives and employees of the association will also receive a reward according to their performance and contribution.
Hyundai Motor Company and the Archery Association explained that the award reflects the fact that the national team overcame crises and variables and set a record that will remain in the history of archery in the world, and also expressed gratitude for the gift of hope and comfort to the weary people.
