LG Energy Solutions, which went public, will start subscription for general investors for two days from today.
General subscribers are allocated up to 30% of the total public offering stock, of which half are equally distributed among investors who subscribed for 10 or more shares.
The other half will be distributed in a proportional way according to the number of shares subscribed and the margin.
If the number of subscriptions does not exceed 650,000, you will receive 2-3 weeks in an equal way. If you want to subscribe for 10 weeks, you have to pay 1.5 million won, half of the subscription amount, as a margin.
General investors can subscribe through all 7 securities companies, including KB Securities and Daishin Securities.
In the previous demand forecasting for institutional investors, the competition ratio was 2,023 to 1, and for the first time ever, the amount of institutional orders exceeded KRW 1 million.
