The National Inspectorate of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport of the National Assembly Land Transport Committee continued to criticize the reason for the surge in house prices because of policy failure.
In the National Supervisory Service of the Planning and Finance Committee, the difficulties faced by the common people due to the government’s rapid tightening of loans came to the fore.

The policy question of the National Assembly Land Committee first came out late in the afternoon due to the ‘Daejang-dong suspicion’ responsibility battle.
Opposition lawmakers first demanded an apology from President Moon, saying that the reason house prices soared under the current government was due to wrong policies.

It was also pointed out that the July 10 measures last year, which significantly strengthened the tax on multi-homeowners, to bring out the properties owned by multi-homeowners, were also a wrong decision.

The ruling party also expressed concern and demanded countermeasures, saying that the number of so-called ‘can jeonse’, which approaches or exceeds house prices, is on the rise as the price of jeonse has risen sharply recently.
