[국제]A boy with Down Syndrome who cleaned part-time for a BTS performance… get a ticket

A boy with developmental disabilities in the United States, who had been working part-time for several months to watch BTS performances, received a free ticket to the BTS LA concert.

On the 24th (local time), local broadcaster NBCLA in Los Angeles (LA) reported that 14-year-old Harrison, who lives in Newbury Park, California, received a free ticket to the BTS LA concert as a gift.

Harrison, who suffers from Down Syndrome, is a big fan of BTS and has been working part-time cleaning for months to see a concert in LA. However, the concert tickets were sold out and I couldn’t go.

Sofai Stadium, who heard this story, selected Harrison as a special guest to commemorate the 1 millionth ticket sale since opening, and presented him with a separate VIP ticket. Harrison has a free admission on the 27th, the first day of the BTS LA concert.

Harrison wore a robe with BTS member Jungkook’s name engraved on it to the ticketing event held in front of Sofai Stadium, and smiled broadly with his family.

“He will continue to talk about this for the rest of his life,” said Harrison’s brother. “Now is the moment.”

Harrison’s mother said, “Harrison worked really hard to see the BTS performance, and as the story became known, he received a lot of love.”

Earlier, Harrison’s story was first known through the online fundraising site ‘Go Fund Me’. In order to buy BTS concert tickets, he took a broom and cleaned the front door and yard of the local residents’ houses, and although it was a small amount of pocket money, he was known to have collected it steadily.

Harrison’s story, known online, became known more through local media reports.

Harrison’s family said they were looking forward to seeing him with BTS.
