“There has been no significant progress in the negotiations so far,” Peskov said.

“So far, we have not achieved any results or breakthroughs on important issues,” Peskov said.

He also pointed out that President Biden’s remarks about a regime change and a butcher aimed at Putin are “of course very worrying”.

[드미트리 페스코프 / 러시아 크렘린궁 대변인 : (바이든의 푸틴에 대한) 언급은 당연히 우려스럽습니다. 우리는 미국 대통령 발언들을 계속 면밀히 주시할 것입니다.]

Earlier, President Biden said in a speech in Warsaw, Poland, at the end of his European tour on the 26th that “President Putin must no longer remain in power.”

Biden also called Putin a murderer after meeting with Ukrainian refugees on the same day.

Spokesperson Peskov claimed that a video of Ukrainian soldiers torturing Russian prisoners of war was being circulated on social media recently, and the Russian government has launched an investigation into the video.
