[국제]”Russian Gazprom considers plans to stop gas in Europe”

Russia’s state-owned gas exporter Gazprom is considering suspending gas supplies to ‘unfriendly’ countries, including Europe, Reuters reported.

Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin had said that he would only accept payments in rubles for selling Russian natural gas to countries unfriendly to Russia.

Putin also instructed his government, central bank and Gazprom to come up with a plan to convert the ruble payment by the 31st of this month.

Reportedly, Gazprom is actually considering a complete cessation of gas supplies to unfriendly countries, and is evaluating the outcome.

However, it is known that Gazprom declined to comment.
