The United Nations said North Korea’s successive ballistic missile launches were of great concern to the international community.

He also called for the resumption of diplomatic dialogue aimed at verifiable denuclearization.

The European Union has also diagnosed North Korea’s repeated missile test launches as a threat to international peace and security.

He urged the United States to stop destabilizing actions and to respond constructively to dialogue with the United States and South Korea.

The United States has also maintained its previous position of condemning it and calling for diplomatic resolution efforts.

In this regard, the New York Times criticized the Biden administration for pushing the North Korean issue to the background because there was no solution.

He mentioned that he tried a textbook approach that required additional UN Security Council sanctions, but had no effect.

In particular, while former President Barack Obama advised that national security should be a top priority, Biden pointed out that President Biden appears to be content with putting North Korea aside.

He pointed out that even after one year of his inauguration, the US ambassador to Korea is vacant, and the special representative for North Korea has been entrusted to the Indonesian ambassador to Indonesia, Seong Kim, on a ‘part-time’ basis.

The New York Times explained that North Korea conducted six weapons tests in the first month of the new year, the same number as the total number of tests conducted last year.

He predicted that the pace of provocations could increase as our presidential election in March and Kim Il-sung’s birthday on April 15 approached.
