There was a lot of rain that was not like late autumn, measuring 100mm in the mountains of Jeju and 20~30mm inland.
After the rain, the cold wind blows strongly, and the temperature plummets sharply.
From the first day of December, the beginning of winter, the bitter cold below freezing will come.
The temperature in Daegwallyeong is expected to drop to minus 9 degrees Celsius and minus 6 degrees Celsius in Paju, and Seoul is also expected to stay at minus 3 degrees Celsius.
A cold wave advisory has also been issued in Ganghwa, northern Gyeonggi, Gangwon, and Uljin, Gyeongbuk.
With the sub-zero temperature and strong wind blowing, the sensible temperature in the central inland on the way to work will drop to around -10 degrees below zero.
