Since the new lease law came into effect at the end of July last year, the proportion of so-called anti-war tax has increased significantly. Last month, rental transactions with monthly rent in Seoul accounted for nearly 40% of the total. During the year after the law came into force, the proportion of anti-tax transactions increased by 7 percentage points compared to the year before the enforcement.
