[단독] ‘Fountainhead camera’ in the changing room at Hanyang University Hospital… Police investigation begins

A report was received that there had been an illegal filming attempt in the staff changing room of Hanyang University Hospital in Seoul, and the police launched an investigation.

The Seongdong Police Station in Seoul announced today that it is investigating a report that a male employee installed an illegal camera in the woman’s changing room inside Hanyang University Hospital.

According to someone inside the hospital, on the 16th, a camera in the form of a fountain pen was found in the female staff changing room on the 15th floor of the hospital.

A nurse using the changing room found the camera, and the male nurse who owns the camera is known to have later admitted to the hospital that “I installed it myself.”

However, the official said, “The female employees who use the locker room have been uneasy because they have not been informed of the content or distribution of the video for over a week.”

Hanyang University Hospital reported the employee to the police immediately after the camera was discovered, and said it would take personnel action according to the results of the investigation.

Police said they recently received a report and are investigating, and have yet to investigate or book an employee who admitted to the setup.
