An illegal filming incident occurred in the women’s restroom in Everland.

When the victim caught the assailant and saw it, it was a part-time employee at Everland.

There was a report of illegal filming in the same bathroom just a month ago, but it did not prevent a recurrence.

Reporter Lee Mun-hyeon was the sole reporter.

Everland, an amusement park located in Yongin, Gyeonggi-do.

On the morning of the 15th, a female customer in her 20s who went snow sledding found an illegal camera in the bathroom.

I accidentally looked up and saw that the cell phone on the top of the partition, between the ceiling and the wall, suddenly disappeared into the next room.

“I was looking at the ceiling and I just saw it. The cell phone fell out like this. At that moment, why is that there… ‘This is a hidden camera (illegal camera)’ I thought.”

The woman immediately ran away, and a man with a cap on his overcoat was standing in front of the sink pretending to be a woman.

“The reflection in the sink mirror is a man. So I caught him. ‘You took a picture’, and so on.”

The man shook his hand, opened the back door of the women’s restroom, and ran to the other side of the men’s restroom, and the woman who was holding the man’s collar was also dragged in.

“There were some people in the men’s restroom. I cried out for help. ‘This person is a hidden cameraman’.

The passage through the back door of the bathroom where this man escaped is a place where access is restricted after Corona and is being used like a warehouse, so there is no need to go there unless employees are there.

Police believe the man entered the back door of the women’s restroom through this passage.

Unsurprisingly, this man was an Everland part-time employee and had a name tag on his uniform.

“It’s said that this is the passageway for the cleaners. So it feels like only people who know know.”

In this bathroom, reports of illegal filming were received on the 11th of last month, and the culprit has not yet been caught.

Nevertheless, Everland did not block this passage, set up warning signs, or took any action, such as training staff.

Everland will close the toilet partitions, completely shut down unused passages, and strengthen employee training only after the coverage begins.”

The police are investigating whether the two recent incidents were the same offender through cell phone analysis.
