The investigation of Kim Man-bae and Nam-wook, a lawyer, has been postponed for the second day in the aftermath of an employee of the prosecution’s investigation team investigating the suspicion of Daejang-dong was confirmed with Corona 19.
Unexpected variables arose in the prosecution’s plan to secure new recruits for key suspects and start investigations from above.

The prosecution, which was trying to speed up the investigation by arresting Kim Man-bae and lawyer Nam Wook, the key suspects in the Daejang-dong suspicion, ran into an unexpected difficulty.
The investigation of the two people was also postponed for two days after the news of the investigation team employee’s confirmation of COVID-19.
A setback was inevitable in the prosecution’s plan to target the ‘superior’ after clearing the charges of breach of trust between Kim and Nam by issuing an arrest warrant.
Prosecutors who secured licenses and permits through consecutive searches and seizures of Seongnam City Hall are looking into whether Seongnam City Hall intervened in the process of concentrating huge development profits on private companies.
In particular, as Kim Man-bae maintains the position that he only followed Seongnam City’s policy, it is important to determine whether the project followed a policy judgment or an intentional preference.
Revealing the circumstances in which former Seongnam City Council Chairman Choi Yun-gil, who was mentioned as the target of ‘3 billion lobby’ in the so-called ‘Transcript of Jeong Young-hak’, led the passage of the Seongnam Urban Development Corporation ordinance is also a key link in ‘super-level investigation’.
It is also necessary to rectify the amount of breach of trust that was conservatively included in the arrest warrant for Kim and others at ‘at least 65.1 billion won’.
At the same time, the prosecution is looking into allegations of external pressure on the resignation of the first president of Seongnam Urban Development Corporation, Hwang Moo-seong.
A close aide to Democratic presidential candidate Lee Jae-myung, who was named behind the resignation, and former policy chief Jeong Jin-sang were confirmed to have spoken to former planning director Yoo Dong-gyu right before the prosecution’s search and seizure, suggesting the possibility of an investigation by the prosecution.
However, the first trial of former general manager Yoo, who was the first to be handed over to trial among the ‘Daejang-dong Four’, is on the 10th, and the arrest period for Mr. Kim and lawyer Nam is also until the 22nd, so a speed battle is inevitable.
The prosecution, which has faced the variable of delaying the investigation in a situation where there are a lot of tasks to be investigated, plans to investigate the key suspects as soon as the quarantine measures are finished.
