[사회]Tomorrow, step 1 of daily recovery… “Private gatherings of 10 to 12 people, open 24 hours a day”

[앵커]

The first phase of ‘step-by-step recovery’ will be implemented from 5 am tomorrow.

Restrictions on the number of people at private gatherings will be relaxed, and restrictions will be lifted for most establishments, including restaurants and cafes.

Starting tomorrow, private gatherings of up to 10 people in the metropolitan area and 12 people in non-metropolitan areas can be held regardless of whether they are vaccinated or not.

However, up to 4 people who are not vaccinated can join at a restaurant or cafe.

Restrictions on business hours for multi-use facilities such as restaurants and cafes will be lifted except for entertainment facilities.

Entertainment facilities are only open until midnight, and the academy will also lift restrictions after the entrance exam on November 22 in consideration of the safety of the test takers.

The first stage of daily recovery will be implemented at 5:00 am tomorrow.

It’s not starting at midnight, so tonight’s Halloween party doesn’t go on all night.

The quarantine pass will also start.

You must show a certificate of completion of vaccination or a negative PCR test when entering over 130,000 facilities such as singing practice areas, public baths, indoor sports facilities, and horse racing, bicycle racing, and casinos.

At meetings or events, up to 99 people including those who have not been vaccinated, and up to 499 people if only those who have been vaccinated or those who have tested negative can participate.

In movie theaters, concert halls, and sports venues, only those who have been vaccinated can eat and drink.

50% of the stadium capacity can enter the sports viewing regardless of whether or not they are vaccinated, but 100% of them can enter only if they are inoculated.

Religious activities can also gather up to 50% of the quota if non-vaccinated persons are included.

The government will monitor the number of confirmed cases and, if concerns do not arise, plan to carry out phase 2 and 3 phases of daily recovery at 6-week intervals.

We are planning to implement the second phase on December 13th and the third phase on January 24th next year.
