◆Seoul Shilla Hotel’s pastry boutique is launching a special Christmas cake
Seoul Shilla Hotel presents three special limited edition Christmas cakes.
An official from the Seoul Shilla Hotel said, “In addition to the 8 types of cakes that are always on sale, we only add three types of temporary special Christmas cakes at the end of the year.”
He continued, “The special cake is characterized by a full refresh of the signature tree-shaped cake along with a newly designed cake with the concept of a ‘special and precious gift’ to meet the needs of customers.”
He also said, “Shilla Seoul Bakery’s ‘Pastry Boutique’ sells Christmas season cakes that are like works of art that will liven up the year-end party with loved ones from December 1 on a pre-order basis.”
Seoul Shilla Hotel introduced a new cake this year. Incorporating flowers that bloom in winter, ‘Hwylus Gaeaf’ comes in two colours, deep red and white.
The red ‘Alluring Winter’, which is sold until Christmas, is reminiscent of the red carpet at the year-end awards ceremony, and is characterized by giving the feeling of being the main character of the a year the moment you take the cake out. The white ‘Enchanting Winter’, which can be bought from Christmas to January next year, is designed to celebrate a special day in a more dignified way with the elegant feel of a wedding dress.
The undulating shape that stands out with its splendor with gold leaf decorations uses Valrhona chocolate, the best chocolate with a rich fragrance and clean taste. Inside the cake, a slice of strawberry and raspberry is served with crème anglaise and mascarpone, giving it a refreshing yet sweet taste.
Seoul Shilla Hotel’s seasonal limited edition cake ‘The Brightest Moment Ever’ is from December 1st to 31st, ‘Allure Winter’ red version and ‘White Holiday’ tree cake is from December 1st to 25th, ‘Allure The white version of ‘Ring Winter’ is available between December 26th and January 30th next year. End of year limited cakes are sold in limited quantities on a pre-order basis, so may close early.

◆ Haman-gun won next year’s budget of 740.8 billion
Haman-gun, Gyeongsangnam-do, announced on the 1st that it has drawn up a 2023 budget of 740.8 billion won and recently submitted it to the Haman-gun council.
The general account is 647.8 billion won and the special account is 93 billion won.
This year, 75.9 billion won increased (11.42%) from the original budget.
