Russia-Ukraine war and invasion have been going on for a month.

Meanwhile, Russian presidential spokeswoman Dmitry Peskov said that Crimea is part of Russia on the issue of the Crimean Peninsula, an issue in the peace negotiations, and that Russia’s constitution prohibits discussions on territorial issues.

Spokesperson Peskov said that it was positive that Ukraine proposed and documented specific details during the fifth round of negotiations.

However, the rest said there was still work to be done, saying no breakthrough was yet to be seen.

Russia annexed Crimea, a territory of Ukraine, in 2014.

However, the international community did not recognize this, and it was raised as an issue in the peace negotiations.

Peskov also said that Russia would not ask for an immediate application of gas export payments in rubles.
