The allegation of an intentional collision with the short track skater Shim Seok-hee is the true story of former coach Cho Jae-beom, who is imprisoned for sexual assault of Shim, to the Ice Skating Federation in July.

Shim Suk-hee filed a 12-page complaint on A4 paper saying that he did not qualify for the national team, but the federation ignored it and hastily formed an investigation team.

‘If you have a car, you should make a female Bradbury’.

Short track skater Shim Suk-hee exchanged conversations with then-coach Jo Joo-min several times during the Pyeongchang Olympics, seemingly foreshadowing an ‘intentional collision’.

After winning the gold medal in the 3,000m relay after many twists and turns, I was embarrassed, and when I saw my colleagues, I honestly wished that my medals were deprived.

The message also contains the message of ignoring the instructions of the women’s team coach Park Mo, and independently devising a strategy with coach Jo Joo-min, who was in charge of the men’s team.

Shim Suk-hee did not win the gold medal in the individual event she was expecting in Pyeongchang, but finished the Olympics with a smile.

Former coach Jo Jae-beom, who was imprisoned on charges of sexual assault, unexpectedly secured this information from Shim Suk-hee’s cell phone forensic results, which he received as a defense during the second trial.

Former coach Jo Jae-beom filed a complaint with the Ice Skating Federation last July, including the suspicion of Shim Suk-hee’s intentional collision, the humiliation of his teammates, and the free-spirited issue of reason with fellow athletes, including former coach Jo Jo-min, in 12 sheets of A4 paper.

The content is that such a player should no longer play for the national team, and demand that severe punishment be imposed according to the actual relationship.

However, the Ice Skating Federation remained silent and did not respond or take any action for over three months.

The Ice Skating Federation explained in the YTN call that it was difficult to conduct an active investigation as it was an explicit privacy issue and related athletes were training together.

The federation said that it would set up an investigation committee with the Korea Sports Council to examine whether there was an intentional conflict, but as the situation was confirmed even after recognizing the contents early, a flaw in the authenticity seems inevitable.
