[영상] BTS ‘Butter’ doesn’t melt… The most number-one songs on the Billboard this year

(Seoul = Yonhap News) BTS’ ‘Butter’ has been on the Billboard chart for the longest time this year.

Billboard announced on the 2nd (local time) that BTS’ ‘Butter’ had been at the top of the main single chart ‘Hot 100’ for the ninth week of their career.

As a result, ‘Butter’ surpassed the 8-week record held by Olivia Rodrigo’s ‘Driver’s License’ and won the title of ‘The longest-running song on the Hot 100 this year’.

Released on May 21st and two and a half months after release, ‘Butter’ has not missed the number one spot all the time, except for one week, when it handed over the top spot to another BTS song ‘Permission to Dance’.

‘Butter’ maintains high music sales even in the 10th week of its release, demonstrating a strong ‘rear heart’.

It is also proof that the influence of the BTS fan base in the US music market has grown enough to make it possible to rule the Hot 100 for a long time. Let’s see the video.
