[영상] Kang Su-yeon was transported to hospital in cardiac arrest… Cerebral hemorrhage without consciousness scheduled

(Seoul = Yonhap News) Actor Kang Su-yeon (55) was transferred to the hospital in cardiac arrest on the 5th.

According to the fire department, Kang complained of pain at his home in Apgujeong-dong, Gangnam-gu around 5:48 pm on the same day, and was found to be in cardiac arrest by a firefighter dispatched to the fire department after a report from his family.

Kang was immediately taken to a nearby hospital and is currently being treated in an unconscious state.

Kang, who had complained of a headache since the morning of that day, is known to have been diagnosed with cerebral hemorrhage at the hospital.

Kang’s family is said to be currently considering surgery, and it is known that no criminal charges have been found at the scene.

Kang made her debut as a child actress at the age of 4 and made a mark in the history of popular films, winning the Best Actress Award (1987) at the Venice International Film Festival for the movie ‘Sister’ and the Best Actress Award (1989) at the Moscow Film Festival for ‘Aze, Aze Baraze’. He is an actress.

Kang also succeeded in box office success with ‘Falling things have wings’ (1990), ‘The road to the racetrack’ (1991), ‘Blue in you’ (1993), and ‘Trout’ (2000) in Tokyo. He won the International Film Festival Special Award and the Baeksang Arts Awards Best Actor Award.

From 2015 to 2017, he also served as the co-director of the Busan International Film Festival.

This year, he is set to return to director Yeon Sang-ho’s ‘Jung-i’.
