[영상] Withdrawal of Russian troops from Kieu? The West “Buying Time to Reorganize the Forces”

(Seoul = Yonhap News) “Russian units are withdrawing from the Ukrainian capitals Kiiu and Chernivu. The Russian army is reorganizing its forces and showing signs of concentrating on the front lines in eastern Ukraine (Donbass, etc.).”

This was posted on Facebook on the 29th (local time) by the General Staff of the Ukrainian Army, which is reporting the situation in Ukraine in real time.

Russia has made significant progress in the fifth peace negotiations with Ukraine held in Istanbul, Turkey, and said it would “significantly reduce military activities in the Ukrainian capitals of Kiiu and Chernivu.”

It did not, however, mention military activities on the southern front, including the eastern Donbas Front, which has been controlled by separatist rebels, and Mariupol, which has been under siege for nearly a month.

The New York Times (NYT) introduced an expert analysis on that day that the Russian military’s active attitude toward peace negotiations is likely a deceptive tactic to sharpen its ranks ahead of the re-offensive.

In fact, in major cities in northern Ukraine, such as Kiiu and Chernikov, the Russian army has already stopped the offensive for a long time.

The Russian army struggled due to the lack of supply of ammunition and fuel, and the resistance of the Ukrainian army was fierce.

Lawrence Friedman, a chair professor at King’s College London, UK, said, “Reducing military activity is just an euphemism for retreat. It will be all I can do,” he made a cynical judgment.

Let’s see the video.
