[우크라 침공] Preparations for entry restrictions for non-friendly countries such as Russia and Korea

[뉴욕=뉴스핌]Correspondent Kim Geun-cheol = Russia is pushing to restrict entry to Russia for its citizens in retaliation against ‘unfriendly countries’ such as the United States, the European Union, and South Korea, which have imposed sanctions on the invasion of Ukraine.

According to Reuters, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said this in a televised speech on the 28th (local time).

He said that as a retaliation for the measures taken by these asylum-seeking countries, he is preparing to restrict entry into the country, such as visa restrictions, and a presidential decree is being prepared.

The Russian government announced on the 7th a list of non-friendly countries targeting countries that took part in international sanctions against Russia. The list includes most countries that have participated in international sanctions against Russia, including Korea, the United States, the United Kingdom, 27 member states of the European Union, Canada, Japan, Taiwan, and New Zealand.

At the time, the Russian government had foretold various retaliatory measures, such as requiring the Russian government, companies, and individuals to repay their debts in rubles to non-friendly countries.
