This year, SK Group established a HR committee for each affiliate to lead ‘ESG (environmental, social, and governance) management’ and is conducting independent personnel deliberation for each affiliate, such as the evaluation of the CEO and key executives.
In response, SK Bioscience held a board meeting on the 30th of last month and evaluated key executives including the CEO. “We carried out personnel appointments in 2022 with a focus on growing into a global company through omnidirectional expansion to diversify portfolios, regions and businesses, including inclusion,” he said.
Meanwhile, SK Bioscience has actively recruited external personnel such as M&A and DT (Digital Transformation) experts to reorganize R&D and production-related organizations several times this year and to start implementing future growth strategies in earnest.
