[자막뉴스] “We are facing a serious crisis”…The Taliban finally reached out to the international community

Taliban Foreign Minister Amir Khan Mutaki held a press conference for the first time.

Minister Mutaki called for international support in the fields of education, health and development, saying that Afghanistan has suffered great damage from the long war.

Mutaki was particularly dissatisfied, saying, “We helped the United States until the last one was evacuated, but unfortunately the United States has frozen Afghan assets instead of auditing.”

The Taliban want good relations and mutual relations with the international community and urged the international community to stop putting further pressure on the Afghans.

When asked by a reporter if he had plans to hold an election, he drew a line saying, “You must not interfere in Afghanistan’s internal affairs.”

In the midst of this, the UN pointed out that Afghanistan’s main industry, agriculture, is in serious crisis due to a long war and drought, and pointed out that support is urgent.
