The construction company that took over the welfare corporation acknowledged the fact that the money was given, but insisted that it was a retirement consolation payment, not a selection payment.

A mid-sized housing construction company took over the welfare corporation.
However, in the process, it was revealed that there was a large amount of money lobbying.

In a situation where there were rumors that various places would jump into the takeover battle, when a certain company strongly expressed its intention to take over, the conditions were reversed.
A total of three people were designated as the recipients of money and valuables, including the chairman of the emergency countermeasures committee of the welfare corporation and the acting manager.
A, a former official of the construction company, who was deeply involved in the acquisition process, confessed that he handed over an anonymous 100 million won transferable deposit certificate to three people a month after the selection.

The apartment was handed over one year and seven months after the welfare corporation passed.
The construction company that took over the welfare corporation also acknowledged that it had given money, such as apartments.
However, he countered that it was a retirement consolation payment that had nothing to do with the result of being selected by the board of directors.

However, when the amount offered by other companies was too low, they even replaced it with a new proposal with a significantly lowered amount this time, according to insiders of the welfare corporation at the time.
There are also suspicions that 3 out of 4 quantitative evaluation items of school corporations participating in the bidding were treated as 0 points and deliberately excluded.
In response, the construction company that took over the welfare corporation drew a line saying, “It was the initiative of the chairman’s younger brother, who was an auditor at the time.”
He also said, “After taking over through the process, not a single member of the chairman’s family works at a welfare corporation and is operating as an exemplary case.”
It is expected that ripples will spread as the suspicion that money and valuables were exchanged and even the proposal was fabricated to take over the welfare corporation, which was originally established for social contribution.
