An elementary school student who went on a school group field trip was hit by a parked bus and died.
At around 2:05 pm today, Miss A, a 6th grade elementary school student from Chuncheon, was hit and killed by a bus in an indoor theme park parking lot in Nohak-dong, Sokcho-si, Gangwon-do.
At the time of the accident, the bus was said to have parked after dropping off students.
The police are investigating the circumstances of the accident against the bus driver and witnesses, and the Gangwon-do Education Office is also preparing countermeasures by forming an accident handling headquarters.
