Fortunately, the death toll is decreasing due to the effect of vaccination, but there are voices saying that the application of the so-called ‘With Corona’, a step-by-step daily recovery plan, is being delayed due to the uncontrollable spread.

The number of new confirmed cases has skyrocketed, but the good news is that the number of deaths and severe cases continues to decrease due to the effect of vaccination.
The number of severe cases fell from 400 to 300 last month, and the number of deaths fell from 70 to 30.
Accordingly, the government is planning to carry out a step-by-step recovery plan, ‘With Corona’, as scheduled.
As the vaccination effect is showing, the quarantine rules will be applied based on the fatality rate or the number of critically ill patients, not the number of confirmed cases.
The date is said to be early November.
As the national vaccination completion rate is expected to exceed 70%, practical preparations have also begun to implement the ‘With Corona’ quarantine policy for daily recovery.
However, the opinion remains premature.
This means that the standard of completion of vaccination should be higher.
