Today I have a question regarding the approaching deadline for hearings on some of the ministerial candidates.
There was a question about whether to request retransmission of the personnel hearing report. Let’s hear the answer.

I wonder if you will request the retransmission of the personnel hearing report on the candidates for Minister Park Soon-ae and Kim Seung-hee today.
[윤석열 / 대통령]
Well, is today still the day to request resend? I’m going to wait for the parliament to form a little bit, so let’s go upstairs and discuss it with the staff.

The Fed today raises the key interest rate a lot by the US Fed and is concerned about a global economic slowdown. Do you have any countermeasures for this?
[윤석열 / 대통령]
Well, there is no way to fundamentally deal with this because the money supply has been released a lot now, and since high interest rates are being used around the world to catch high inflation and high inflation.
However, the government’s policy target is trying to do our best to somehow manage the cost of living of our middle class and ordinary people.

At the emergency economy ministers meeting yesterday, I lowered the fuel tax and took measures except for the amendment of the law, but interest rates and inflation are continuing to rise. ?

Then you have to submit a bill. Since the National Assembly has not yet formed its original composition, if the National Assembly had been operating normally, it would have introduced bills for amendments to the law.
And since the people are out of breath right now, I think it will respond bipartisan to policies that require law revision.

Besides the case of the murder of a public official in the West Sea, there are cases in which the previous government refused to disclose and legal proceedings are ongoing.

Ever since I was the chief of the Central Prosecutor’s Office or the Prosecutor General, I have always had the position that the government should take the initiative and do what it can do with our constitutional spirit of liberal democracy and the rule of law.
There is no change in that opinion, so the people have questions about the protection of the people, which is the first task of the state, and if there is such a thing, there is a problem for the government to take a passive stance on it. So let’s review that part carefully.

The Ministry of Strategy and Finance is presenting the management evaluation of public institutions today. There is also a lot of criticism from the people’s power as so-called albakgi against those appointed by the Moon government. How do you see the President?
[윤석열 / 대통령]
So, it has to be fair. We will do it fairly according to the principle.

Regarding the public officials who were killed in the West Sea, the Democratic Party is talking about a new color theory. What do you think of this?

We will deal with it fairly in accordance with laws and principles.
