Most of the law needs to be amended through the National Assembly, but it is expected that it will not be easy to cross the threshold of the National Assembly because the political situation is tightly blocked, such as budget conflicts.

President Yoon Seok-yeol emphasized reform in the three main areas of education, labor, and pension at a meeting on national affairs on the 15th, saying that reform is not an option, but a necessity.
The three main tasks emphasized from the beginning of my inauguration can be summarized as labor flexibility, improving educational competitiveness, and a sustainable pension.

President Yoon emphasized that it must be done, but the variable is the political situation of the ruling and opposition parties.
This is because most of them are legislation or amendments to the law, and it is difficult to pass the National Assembly without the cooperation of the opposition.
However, as seen in the recent conflict between the two parties over the budget bill, the ruling and opposition parties are in a position not to manage the country properly for even a year, let alone cooperate.
In addition, the conflict between the opposition parties is getting steeper as the blades of circumstances targeting the opposition party and the former government continue, from the investigation of Lee Jae-myung, representative of the Democratic Party, to the an investigation into the suspicion of distortion of statistics by the Audit and Inspection Board.
