Abu Dhabi: Abu Dhabi to set up 100 charging points for charging electric vehicles Abu Dhabi is setting up a high-speed system that can be charged quickly in a short amount of time. The system can charge an average of 400 km in 15 to 75 minutes.

The battery can be charged up to 5000 km. This will reduce carbon emissions by 12 tonnes. The decision is to set up stations at more locations ahead of next year’s climate change summit in the UAE. The plan will help the UAE achieve its stated goals of being a carbon-free country by 2050.
