Brothers arrested for harassing 10th grade students The Pathanamthitta police arrested the youths from Kottarakkara, Kollam on the basis of information provided by Childline.
Twenty-two-year-old Unni, who worked with an event management group, met the 16-year-old at a wedding. The couple exchanged mobile phone numbers at the wedding home. Fell in love too soon. Unni visited the girl’s house in Pathanamthitta twice. A 10th class student once went to his house in Kottarakkara. Meanwhile, Unni’s brother Kannan met another classmate through the girl. The two later fell in love. The girls were sharing information during a counseling session conducted by Childline activists the previous day. The information was then reported to the police.
