The level of voyeurism in entertainment is breathtaking. This is the story of ‘Godiva SHOW’, a reality program with an unconventional concept called ’24-hour cohabitation live broadcast’, which allows free skinship and exposure to shower space.
On the afternoon of the 24th, Dong-A TV’s new entertainment ‘Godiva Show’ production presentation was broadcast live online. The event was attended by comedian Kim Yong-myung, profiler Jo Seong-hwa, singer Han Cho-im, Giant Pink, Brown Eyed Girls Jea, ASTRO MJ and general producer Kim Eun-soo.
‘Godiva Show’ is a program in which 12 ordinary men and women spend 100 days together at ‘Godiva House’ to appeal their charms and select the last survivor through a popularity vote. Participants have to survive on their own charms in a situation completely blocked from the outside as smartphones, TVs, and the Internet are banned.

Producer Kim Eun-soo said, “It’s 100% real. I told the cast about the concept and intentions during the audition process, but after living for about a month, I’m making a mission myself. As an adult man and woman, there is love and friendship between the same sex. . As it is the members’ direct voting to select the losers, there are promises, there are betrayals that break promises, and there are temptations.”
Regarding the difference from other programs, he said, “There are many observational entertainment shows, but ‘Godiva Show’ is 100% real. It is not edited because the camera is running 24 hours a day and it is shown live.”
He added, “We don’t have a mission and we don’t choose the losers as a result, but we drop out one person every week by voting for ‘you get out’.

PD Kim also confessed his difficulties in recruiting public performers. He said, “When I auditioned, I had a hard time telling you about the 100-day ban on TV viewing, ban on SNS use, and ban on contact with outsiders.
As it is broadcast live 24 hours a day, there are many voices of concern about privacy and sensationalism. To this, PD Kim said, “Many directors are on watch for 24 hours. They have manuals for unexpected things and are prepared. They are better prepared than worried. You don’t have to worry about it,” he said.
Regarding the difference between the YouTube unedited version and the TV broadcast version, he said, “The edited version has a mission. It challenges things that are difficult for young people to do, such as slicing large sashimi or making kimchi.”

The 8 panelists observe the lives of the performers and will lead the program more excitingly with unfiltered reactions and laughter, rough talk and warm empathy, love lines, and psychological analysis.
Jea said, “I thought it was okay to think that I was moving in as a cast member, but I was just a panelist.” Cho-im Han added, “I also wanted to go out. Usually, there is an appropriate level of observational entertainment, but ‘Godiva Show’ is a high-level 19 gold, so I’m looking forward to it.” Giant Pink laughed, saying, “I like peeping, but I liked it because it was real.”
The final winner will receive a cash prize of 100 million won. When asked what he would like to do if he had 100 million won, Jea said, “I want to buy a camper.” Giant Pink added, “I want to ride a car.” MJ said, “I want to buy food for the members,” and Han Cho-im said, “I want to give it to my father.”
‘GODIVA SHOW’ can be seen in real time 24 hours a day on the YouTube channel ‘GODIVA SHOW TV’. It will premiere on December 3 at 10 PM on Dong-A TV.
