Mexico City: In Mexico, a freight lorry went out of control and collided with six other vehicles, killing 19 people. Three people were injured.
The accident happened at a toll booth on the highway connecting the capital, Mexico City, with the city of Puebla. Some vehicles caught fire as a result of the impact of the collision. The lorry crashed into vehicles while entering the toll booth.
The driver of the lorry was also among the dead. The accident caused heavy traffic congestion. The injured were rushed to hospital.
