2021 Pro Baseball Demonstration Schedule Announced

The schedule for the 2021 professional baseball demonstration has been confirmed.

Starts on March 20, 10 games per team-50 games in total
Gocheok Dome cannot be used for internal construction

The Korea Baseball Commission (KBO) announced on the 9th the schedule of the 2021 pilot games, which will play a total of 50 games per team from March 20 to 30.

The opening game of the pilot game is Jamsil (kt Wiz-Doosan Bears), Sajik (Kiwoom Heroes-Lotte Giants), Daegu (KIA Tigers-Samsung Lions), Changwon (SK Wyverns-NC Dinos), Daejeon (LG Twins-Hanwha Eagles), etc. It is held in 5 stadiums. SK, which is being acquired by Shinsegae, will have its first official match against defending champion NC.

The schedule of this demonstration game excludes stadiums that cannot be used due to ground construction, etc. (Moonhak, Gwangju: March 20-23/ Gocheok: The entire period of the demonstration game). In consideration of the distance traveled by club, the matchups between clubs with practice games during the spring camp were organized so as not to overlap as much as possible.

Demonstration matches start at 1 p.m. of the previous game, and overtime and double headers are not held. Also, canceled matches are not reorganized. The opening date of the regular season is April 3.
