At Fagiano Okayama, since 2022, we have been working on training activities for the whole club by integrating “Spread Grassroots”, which operates football schools, and “Academi” as a training organization in the academy department. From this year onwards, the names will be changed to the “Popular / Grassroots Division” and “Development Division” respectively, and we will make more effort to develop players raised in Okayama.
Under the club’s philosophy of “Dreams for the children!” we will carry out activities with children and activities that maximize the “likeness” and “enjoyment” of football and physical activity.
